Is being quiet good or bad?

All through my life since I was little ive been quiet & I really hate it can be abit crazy sometimes because im not a loud talker & people tend not to hear me with this at times I do also find it hard to hold a conversation help

Is there such a thing as true love

Hi there girls in my life ive been let down through loads of lasses I knew maybe im to nice of a nice guy & need to change a little my last lass I was with I was with her for 2 years lived with her for 1 & a half of thoughs & things were going great untill that 1 day I dreaded the day she cheated on me me being the guy I am I could never ever cheat on someone god I was totally upset big time so now here I am alone & single & thats why I ask the question is there such a thing as true love? comfort
