Nepal is an asian country. It is situated in South Asia. It is a member of saarc. Nepal is a independent country. It has not been ruled by any country. Nepal has tallest mountain of the world Mt. Everest. Nepal is one of the most beautiful country of the world. Nepal had been a republic just before one year.

Nepal was ruled by a royal family at one time. I may be mistaken in my history but wasn't the family murdered by a relative attempting to obtain power? They are shadowed by Everest but aren't they also being overshadowed by China.

There were arrest made of mountain climbers protesting human rights violations. Specifically about china and the ollimpics.

It sure is a beautiful place but beauty is just skin deep.
