Is it just me or has childrens entertainment a bit over exposed. Watching these shows on our so called family and childrens networks have tilted my opinion on commercialized family value and entertainment. Disney loosely throws around sexual content both indirect to very direct satements, comments, and visually well less than what I feel a child should be exposed to. Yes sure its up to the parents to monitor what their kids should watch, but i thought channels like Nickelodeon and Disney were on the same page. We have teens wearing sexually stimulating clothes, make up and continuously making out on kid freindly channels. Has this society become so desensitized to what values and innosence means for our children. Its just as bad when you walk down the toy isles at a store and the dolls have tit jobs, salacious clothing, mini skirts, and have stripper names like Diamond and Lexus. Im just asking whats next is Hanna Montanna going to do a nude scenes while still catering to the hearts of our daughters? I mean its a cycle that repeats itself every 6 years after the last Mousketeer is commited into drug rehab. Maybe we find videos titled Hanna does Montana under your adolecent boys matress next to the stuck together pages of another Nickelodeon star .Lol Its just a thought ,Growing up is a fact of life without a doubt, making mistakes, its all experience and it is a parents job to teach right from wrong and so forth, but it becomes a challenge when the puclic says you have to look like this and get boys, and that boys should be drug dealers, lay as many women as you can. Get with the program people.
