Hmmm...
It really trips me out that so many women want to have long term relations! Don't get me wrong because it's appreciated, but just right of the bat? I really begin to wonder if these women have devious intentions and dark motives. Yeah like i'm gonna buy a two way flight just to have a romantic meal at Applebees and fly back home the next morning? That would be a negative my schedule is a tad tight for that as well as my wallet. All the beautiful/ cool ones live 3,000 miles away...DAMMIT MAN!

what's wrong with wanting a long term relation? for me it means that once we've gotten to know each other and found out we click, we stick together for a long time through thick and thin!!!
maybe you should consider relocating to where there are more beautiful/cool women

I am not one of your cool beautiful women but if I was, I am not sure I would look twice at you. First, you need to understand that women really do think differently than men -- and some are programmed that way from birth. Even in today's enlightened society, we are brought up to nurture - that means that they look for intimacy and security aka long term relationship. Second, Applebee's is not in any way, shape or form a romantic meal. That is food for the belly not food for the soul. Finally, maybe you should consider what you have to offer and evaluate your expectations. What do you have that a beautiful cool girl 3000 miles away would appreciate? Maybe there is a girl down the street that would "get you" and have a shared history.
But what do I know, I'm just an old broad in the middle of the ocean.

yeah wanting a long term relationship and actually finding one are two different things. I guess in my mind it means if you are a guy looking for something other than getting to know me than get lost. wow 3000 miles away is a bit much i dont think your romantic meal at applebees is enough to know if you actually want to be with that person. Long distance sucks all around.
