My Rescue Dog from HUrricane Katrina
I found out yesterday that a 9 year old foster dog in my care tore a cruciate ligament and will cause her to be crippled. The surgery to fix it is 2600.00 dollars in Maitland, Florida. I cannot pay my mortgage. What am I to do? We will be homeless.
