A LITTLE HELP

I hope you guys could help me out? Am going to New York a week 2mw & i was wondering if any of you know of any hidden gems there like restaurant/bars, places of interest apart from the usual suspects.

Most of the restaurants in Manhattan are good, Try to get the lunch or dinner special you pay less and get the same value. Clubs are all full on weekends you will have to wait outside for a "face control" some have dress code. Movies go to Broadway, Very nice place to go. You can take a tour with a double deck bus around Manhattan but make sure you have some heavy clothing. On the west side there is the Nimitz aircraft carrier where you can visit is a museum. There is China town, Little Italy and down town where the WTC was. You can go to the Bronx zoo also. Central park is nice to go for a walk and relax in the middle of Manhattan. They also have helicopter rides and boat rides around Manhattan. There are Museums like Metropolitan museum and other.
You can buy a weekly bus fare and use the buses and subways cheap. Taxis are ok but if you over use them they cost.
