WHAT IS THE TRUE MEANING OF LOVE?

Love is patient and kind.Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude.Love does not demand it own way.Love is not irritable,and it does not keep record of when it has been wronged.
It is never glad about injustice but rejoices when truth wins out.
Love never gives up,never loses faith,is always hopeful and endures through every circumstance.
Love will last forever.

If love lasts forever....why is the divorce rate at 50% for first time marriages and 60% for subsequent marriages? Just wondering....

People are quilty for divorces,one point is the lack of communication and they don't know to mantain passion(romanticism) in marriage.

people get divorced because after two years when the infatuation wears off, it takes work. of course when something takes work, it takes skill, and in todays world we aren't taught or even value these skills.

I liked all comments here. It takes two for love..You really have to match and then do a lot work and never give up..if there if a little love....To love a person you have to love her/him as he is-don't try to change him/her in any way. Suggestion is ok and if there is a positive comment, then it works.
