Knee Defender?

I didn't know about this device that can be bought online for $20. Is a device for you to carry when your flying, you put those devices in some way that the passenger in front of you cannot recline her/his seat. In a flight to Chicago this device already created a commotion between a man and a woman, when the man behind her seat refused to remove the knee defender, because she wanted to reclined her seat, she threw a couple of water on his face. Let me tell you, when I buy a tickect to fly I'm buying also my right to recline my seat. Some airliners now I'm not accepting passengers to bring those devices with them. GOOD!

I'm with you, not to be sold and to prohibited on
all flights, especially international ones.thumbs up
what do u need knees for when flying?
guess she wanted to wash his false beard, before she had his knee in her a**.
Guadal

The knee defender as I learned is a device you buy
once you're in a plane you intalled those devices
so the person in fron of you can't recline back the seat
this is another way, bevaviour from humans to let them know
to others that the are the ones, their world.
@ Bung - wave ... so what about the person behind that wants to watch the in-flight movie on the screen fitted to the back of the seat in front.... dunno confused

..... grin cheers
Hans

Beats me.confused boxing
Hans, you have a good point.thumbs up The problem is the cheap airlines don't give you any space between the rows unless you fly 1st class.frustrated
Wow!...wild!laugh

I understand both sides....
Maybe if one has long legs they could set reservations to either be isle seats or exit seats! I do that so etimes because there's more leg room. When I'm in the isle, I just have be careful when I'm stretching my feet out to make sure their not going to cause someone to trip over them.

Some people need to lean their seats back on longer flights because they have bad backs or necks too.

I do feel bad for those with the long legs....I know when I ask to sit by the windows sometime I wish is was in the isle...chuckling....
The problem is the airlines and the countries that approved more seats than a passenger could be comfortable in. Instead of banning those contraptions it would probably be smarter to ban flights that don't guarantee each passenger 10 contiguous square feet of floor space. laugh
I am always conscious of the person behind my seat. I will recline my seat a little; and always ask the person behind me if I reclined too much? After all, there are many tall people. We should be considerate. Using the gadget seems extreme.
