If they are tears for laoved one who has moved on...look at it this way.....your tears are memories....they relesae those memories each time...and memories and tears are one of the same....memories are a time that is captured....And as long as you have tears..they are not forgotten.....

It can take a long long time to heal after being so hurt and like you say.. you can still love them. I find that I still love my ex as a person and the father to my children..but am no longer in love with him. It took a long time to `completely let go`. I wanted to hold on for a time to the wonderful times we shared and the dreams we had for our future.
Feel very much for youcomfort
One day you will wake up though and realize it has ALL gone.. the pain the tears, the sadness... but YOU have to let it go. Not easy..but it is the only way. hug
