IS WAR IN THE MAKING?

Speaking of political correctness, is there an established world protocol in meddling global crisis? When does a country needed to act on behalf of whom?

History points out very clearly that interests vested from a country to another holds most the cohesive and collective purpose to stand against whom that threatens that interest.

WW2, was an example albeit more for the dominance of ideological entity between communism and democratic principles. (Axis versus Allied). This major global event that reshaped the demographic as well as political face of our world was originally thought to have been a continuation of the unfinished business of the First World War, but looking at it from outside of the box, as lucid as the clear skies, it was directed to the test of whom holds the most sophisticated ammunition to control the world. We now know how it ended.

The world today is facing yet another skirmish that might either change our lives as we know it, or perhaps even worse, can completely erase our one and only planet on this vast universe.

Reading the news today with the US leading the super economic power in the world per GDP with 14.5 trillion, followed by China with 5.5, Japan with 3.3, France with 2.6, UK with 2.2, and Italy with 2.1. (Read Google as the top 12)
From this chart we can spot who's most likely to be the contenders of aggression. Four of the last war's protagonist are, again still on the top with the addition of China. Yet in the past months, Russia had exhibited it's arrogance by its actions against Ukraine. A possible trigger to manifest what you and I, the ordinary peaceful human being to not want to happen.

In most cases, conflict doesn't matter who or where it starts. Like a group of kids being bullied out by the arrogance of the aggressors, it matters who will join in when it begins. I am amazed at how we're so focused on the conflict in the Middle East when in fact, it just might start now, in Asia, or why did Obama signed up for the reinforcement of military strength in Philippines recently?

Is war in the making? Who would most likely to join who? Why?

Of course war is in the making....nature has it set up for all species af animals..its called checks and balances....And in the case of Humanity...its called desease..old age and War...and its waaaaaaaaaay over due........
I'm going to repeat a point I made yesterday, we in the "free" world vote for our leaders, or at least that's what we're led to believe, in reality we get to choose from 2 or 3 people & those 2 or 3 have been picked by whom dunno one suspects the businesses that finance them, so in effect we don't get offered who's right for the job but who can be easily manipulated by their financiers, if you accept that argument then all you need to do is workout who the financiers are & it should be easy to work out where the next war will be as it will be where said financiers have the most to gain, jmo wine
Should have been underestimate who at the moment really possess the wealth of the world, perhaps what we see and hear is not really what it seems?
Oscar Shindler said it best...The answer to making money is...."War".....
By the way Mad. I don't see the relevance of your video on my topic except of course if chaos is the predisposed effects of a global conflict.
Chameleon, thanks for the words you put in my mouth. I was reading Newsweek, May and August issue how he, Obama, the weakling leader is suspected of being so passive on his foreign policies. I will try to picture it and upload it. But more on the last part of your comment, the choices we make that supports what we truly believe in. A very powerful and very strong concept. Please read Barbara Ehrenreich's Living With Wild God.

I'm truly grateful for your input.
As far as reparation is concerned, that's paid for by the country ie the people & not by the businesses who've made a fortune from the conflict, a bit like owning a glass company & getting someone to throw stones through the windows of local government offices, you get the profit, tax payer pays the bill.
I agree with these comments. Let's not forget who bankrolled obummer. George Soros, a multi-billionaire international socialist and one-worlder. He has destroyed many govts during his lifetime!thumbs down All of these world leaders, including Europe, belong to the Bilderberg group, which is for one world govt.

I think one of the things that has kept America free is: the right to bear arms! One thing obummer realizes is, there are millions of game hunters and former vets, like myself, who are well trained in using weapons. The estimate is over 100 million guns in the hands of these segments of the population. Something for the one-worlders to think about!thumbs up

War is waged for gain...simple as that...no country would engage in warfare if there is nothing to prosper...propaganda is designed to keep its' citizens interested in continuing the struggle...meanwhile the strategy of the powers that be, are played down and hidden from the public...conflicts within countries such as Syria display the shear anger and distrust of the current government...

Seems to be a growing trend of people of this world is to stand up against and fight the establishment, where freedom is curtailed and people are held hostage to extremists views...trouble is (Iran as an example)...the Shaw wasn't perfect and perhaps the people of Iran didn't want to be Westernized as was the Shaw's agenda but his successor was a brutal reminder that people need to be cognisant of political parties that will lie to gain the approval of its citizens to obtain absolute power...
Obummerrolling on the floor laughing ..very good jimmy boy!!!rolling on the floor laughing
Z the strongest and most common DENOMINATION among them, the countries you mentioned, is the effects of their ways of life, specifically amount to RELIGION, they're all Christians, and yes, I couldn't agree with you more. But having said that, I will dub topic my blog on this regard, if we, all CHRISTIANS, would teach all our kids to kill all non Christians, what would happen? Anyone?
Ur welcome Nam.rolling on the floor laughing
It would be back to the Crusades.........
A sideline on the effects, yes of course, but the ultimate rewards are given to the wealthy investors on the needs to sustain the war. Ammunition, ie bullets, and the capitalization of produced goose applied during this time.
LJ\Nam, the Crusades, exactly, the west started it back then & have been "meddling" ever since, if you have a spot on your face & constantly pick at it then it will never go away.
The bankrupt and destruction of our obligation to serve our citizens by those in power is a very critical recognition of the failures of the current leader, chameleon, and very much concur to that.
As mentioned by Z, we're left governed by people who pretty much sold their souls to the group they're obliged to serve, and therefore ignore the needs that truly serve the citizens. A most legitimate complain I can air is the fact that he, Obama, doesn't seem to address any productive engagement of his leadership to enforce our Constitution and Republican rights. Look at his immigration law how he blatantly welcome the violation we so protect and to be very selective about it is beyond me to understand.
I praying and hoping that the conservatives win the senate and retain the house in congress in Nov. If so, everyone should write their congress persons and ask for impeachment of obummer and his minions!thumbs up
LJ, which article are you talking about? If I can find it on youtube I can then post it. What was the title of it?
Nam in reality, I don't suspect RELIGION, is truly the end cause of wars, it ultimately lats the foundation of unabridged need for greed and power. Money Nam, although, most of the acquired wealth that is still strong today is through religion.
I think one can get too carried away with the religious aspect here, if it wasn't religion the people would just find something else to unite behind, race for example.
My dearest darling Lou, of course the mathematical equation of gain is destruction. We destroy and rebuild, a concept pretty much wrapped around all wars.

In the local conflict between constituents and government, it's called Civil war, a stage of chaos and anarchy aired as a dissent by the people due to dissatisfied and protest of their crippling rule. That's an internal conflict which doesn't amount to any gain other than the business side of supply and demand.

In an international conflict, yes there's so much monetary equation to be considered. As Nam said.

On the rules of the Shah, the price and profit of oil generated by the US investors hurt the Iranians, hence our involvement. Anyways same thing again in Iraq, how the Iraqis did not serve their economy on the price imposed on their oils.
Nam, I have to get back with you. On the principles of checks and balances, as most factored in our freedom., the lifeline of democratic principles, tes, perhaps, but do we need to kill to maintain such balance? Why CAN'T we all be tolerant and use our short VERY SHORT LIFE concentrated on being productive and good?
Does light only exist in darkness? White can't seen without black? Love is dependent on hate?
Hello SR,

Is war in the making?

From some of the response, I can see some are not approving of Obama's policies. I for one, think he is doing an okay job...given the complex environment he is working in.

With how politically polarized our country has become, I think we will see a lot of disapproval with our citizens toward our government. If G.W. was in office, I have a feeling the question of "Is war in the making?" at this point would be a non-factor....because we would be in the middle of WWIII by now. I firmly believe that Obama is doing his best to avoid war. However, there seem to be others in our government that are watering at the mouth for it.

My 2 penniesdunno ...I don't follow politics too much, I can do without the headache. grin

Hope you are doing well SR.

I can add, too, Z that a test of new military prowess is overdue. Stealth a prized and very exclusive proprietorship of the US is ANTIQUATED. Our satellite capabilities are phenomenal, subscribe to QUANTUM PHYSICS AND QUANTUM MECHANICS, you're like in a science fiction movie.

Think about those needs to know basis information.
I'm sure when this happens, you and I don't matter. ONLY the elites and monies people will be able to live. The assurance of their paid ticket to Sir Branson's Space shuttle is guaranteed. Are you in it? Of course not neither am I.
Johnny my friend, here's good scenario. Russia and China will wage war for power and money. The reason China is aggressive at the moment, oil reserves between the Philippine is because of oil reserves enough enough to conquer the world.

Russia too, seeks for the same reason against Ukraine.

Now ISIS or the slamic State of Iraq in Syria is seeking war for religious purposes to kill everyone who is not a Muslim. Think of this is there any kind of opinion we can make on this and where does United States stand on both confrontational actions and where do we stand?
Z yes I didn't mean to ignore a point so viciously used here which you pointed out. THE power of meddling. Iran by the US, Iraq during Sadam Hussein.

When Bush wage Desert Shield, to Desert Storm, we all know the global interest on those wars, costing a billion a day? Think of what the return was?

AFGHANISTAN? Makes me wonder.
Johnny, I've always thought that yes the purpose to serve the many at the expense of the few, the very pillars of democratic principles. Question, is it practice today?

Anyways, we do feel the imminent danger looming within our realms.
Thanks Johnny,
SR
All points valid and taken. Black Eyed Peas said it best. . ."Where is the Love" "Something's wrong in the big old world y'all" Listen: http://www.connectingsingles.com/music4424/the-black-eyed-peas-elephunk.htm

Here might be one more thing to be considered. We have a mid-term election coming up here in November. Is it possible that things are being blown out of proportion here...for the opposing party's political gain? I do not know the answer to that. I do not have any information other than what the media is telling me. But, given the current divide in our government, not much would surprise me.

dunno
Imagine my friend, thanks.
How do you feel about our involvement in any of this?
Yes Johnny and mostly our agenda and propaganda are directed towards our politician's operandi to get elected. A practice that never fail.
Old folks and politics, next we should discuss religion wink or Metamucil as a good source of fiber rolling on the floor laughing
Daniel long time no see. How are you? , By the way, the voice of Texas is well heeded in our country as it holds second to California on its economic power, followed by New York. Election as mentioned by Johnny does define our political future, influenced greatly by money.

Am I understanding that you don't favor this topic at all?
Lindsyjones, no not really, reason being that's allllllll news broadcast today, it's never uplifting news nor is the news correct , but it always drag me down. I live in the moment, and the truth is, I see more positive all around me , (from people helping one another to people just being good people) then to let the media lets me think that I should stay indoors and be afraid .
Danny boy.....If you live in the moment...then possibly 1 day you will awaken to people telling you what to do....(And then you can live for the moment)........
You're right Daniel our efforts towards humanitarian endeavors is so underrated, yet it seems the sign of times are shoved under the rags. The truth of the matter is, when we're attacked and no effort put to prepare us, it's too late before we're positioned to react. Needless to say, hundreds of topics are thrown here and don't see shortage of varieties that call our intercultural interests. To my knowledge, I'm so obliged to support any blog that creates awareness to serve our interest when needed.
And living at the moment doesn't call for my future preservation of mankind, in fact it opposes exactly the preservation of humanity by participating in the collective effort of unity regardless of color, race and religion.

Now if I were selfish, I'd say, sure, I'd live at the moment and don't give a dam if tomorrow terrorism reigns.
I think I just said that?.........
Imagine the horror for that girl......
