I begin to exercise and feel happier about life.

I had been in a low mood for a while, and I lost interest in exercising. I was very good at sports when I was in the university. I often got prize in sports meeting at school.
But since I worked, i gave up this good habit. I didn't exercise for quite many years. recently I feel I begin to have problem in my neck,then this time I came back from Emirtates, my friend asked me to climb a hill with her. Wow, I indeed had to stop over 10 times to do the climbing. So I decided to do exercise from now on, and very good, I have exercised everyday. I feel much better. It is so good to do sports!

I had worked very hard for many years, and I didn't have enough time to exercise at that time. Now i feel it is so important to exercise,and if you like sports, you do benefit a lot for your health. Sports is a life time topic.

yeah the exercise is good I walk every day at least 10k very good for the head as well eases the aches too keep it up
I try to stretch my body this morning, and also I did jogging also. I can feel my heart beating much faster and I also sweated. Oh, I feel much better after I did the exercise this morning.

I had neglected my own health,cos I buried myself to worries in life, and other tedious things. Now I know need first take care of my own health, and exercises is very important. After this, I can do other things.
People often neglect the health till they lose it. So I wish to share this idea with people here.

Most people think sports is only necessary for those althlets,in fact, regular people need it more than we can think of. And people need make it a routine habit before they lose health.
Any kind of exercise is worth taking...cartwheel I go in for aerobics regularly applause cheering It gives me energy, self confidence and much more...yay The benefits of sports can hardly be argued...peace

I have suffered from backache,which I know is the result of lacking exercises. After only 3 days of exercising an hour everyday, it is much better now.
Exercise may actually be more important for a woman than a man. I have met several women up to a decade younger than me who stopped exercising back in high school and now at 50 something they are not only overweight, but also beset by many health problems they shouldn't have at their age. If you haven't exercised in 20 or 30 years start out gentle with a 1 or 2 mile walk every other day. Inside a month of that you should be ready for more strenuous stuff.
I know a guy that has quite a beautiful girlfriend and every time he wants to cuddle and kiss he first has to catch her. According to her thats how she gets her daily exercise, and maybe twice a day too..winklaugh
I will love to exercise everyday. As I know it is too easy to give up exercising in the middle. And as I had problem when I stopped exercising in the past. I want to make it a part of my life.
Today is the last day before chinese national holiday. I am back with my family in Beijing. I really miss the blue sky in emirates. but other than that, it is so comfortable at home!I enjoy exercising home also!
I don't want to hog your blog but on the way home from work today I was thinking about this weekend.

We had a family party and the older relatives seem so tired and haggard. I am going to be 74 in a couple of months and I feel great because even though work is not real exercise it does keep your body from deteriorating. The "retired" relatives were barely moving and they looked so weak.

I am fortunate that I have aged well. I got a compliment today that I looked 50.

Wow,Ian,you are back,it is good to see you! I have been quiet for a while, I mean not to write blogs here for a while. I am fine, I just go with the flow. I came back to Beijing 2 weeks ago, and I enjoy life in Beijing.I might soon go to emirates.
You are so right Jenny..I go to Zumba at least 4 times a week for a full hour... Love to dance and a great way to exercise and stay healthy, not to mention that I feel very energetic when done...banana banana
Sure, a lot of people are busy with their work in life,but indeed, when people are not into sports,they are losing their health as well. It is a good habit to exercise! I like dancing too.
