I begin to exercise and feel happier about life.
I had been in a low mood for a while, and I lost interest in exercising. I was very good at sports when I was in the university. I often got prize in sports meeting at school.But since I worked, i gave up this good habit. I didn't exercise for quite many years. recently I feel I begin to have problem in my neck,then this time I came back from Emirtates, my friend asked me to climb a hill with her. Wow, I indeed had to stop over 10 times to do the climbing. So I decided to do exercise from now on, and very good, I have exercised everyday. I feel much better. It is so good to do sports!

I had neglected my own health,cos I buried myself to worries in life, and other tedious things. Now I know need first take care of my own health, and exercises is very important. After this, I can do other things.
People often neglect the health till they lose it. So I wish to share this idea with people here.
I have suffered from backache,which I know is the result of lacking exercises. After only 3 days of exercising an hour everyday, it is much better now.
We had a family party and the older relatives seem so tired and haggard. I am going to be 74 in a couple of months and I feel great because even though work is not real exercise it does keep your body from deteriorating. The "retired" relatives were barely moving and they looked so weak.
I am fortunate that I have aged well. I got a compliment today that I looked 50.
