Yup, if you're in a cold Northern country and winter is knocking at the door - time for your flu shot.

Then, when I saw it was you, I thought "now, someone I can identify myself with!"
As for the flu, I am fully protected - without any shot!
Each time Mr. Flu. comes to my door. I let him on in. Then put some apple cider vinegar & water together in a glass. Then drink it at least 3 times that day. Then the next morning! Mr. Flu. want me to open the door and let him out. As he stepping out the door! He just look back at me and say:
See you next year. Maybe!.......
Angel, sounds like you got Flu whipped, yay! I take echinacea slavishly the whole Scottish winter. So far so good ...
