Lyndsay I try and say 'This will pass' and I walk and go in on myself and journal how i am feeling. I avoid Toxic people who hurt me and of course I keep up a spirit of Gratitude.... and wait for the blues to pass.

Lindsay yes I read the journals as I write, I pour my heart and out and of course, I just write truthfully from the heart and its interesting to read back on it .... I think avoiding Toxic people helps.

It horrible here at the moment, depressing weather, flooding and cant get out....awful winds and rain... since i live in a tiny little house, I am like a Dog that is going mad for a walk.

I came from the country where we have a lot of gloomy days not seeing the Sun ( Sun for me is like a vitamin of joy), so, I often felt sadness. Then I prefer listening to my favourite music played by Richard Clayderman and Joshua Bell and go out to watch nature. Nature and music withdraw and dissolve my sorrows in their eternity; I feel myself being a part of the wonderful world, and my troubles seem to me miserable.

I rarely have the blues, but when I do I try to get out and about and do things I like, if it's just one bad day, try to eat well, go to bed and either read a book or sometimes a good cry helps.

I just try not to wallow in it and don't let it get me down too much.

G, did you mention shopping????? $$$$$ true story G, when US dollars was higher before the Euro, I flew to Italy and France to shop cheaper than here. I didn't shop much in England because the pound was always higher. But bought a few as the products made in United Kingdom and Switzerland, including Germany and Italy were oh the best qualities.

So G, shopping it was. No more G, don't need anymore, besides all my 30 years old clothes still fit me.
