My dreams are like movies.

I was in some type of mall.
I remember someone telling me about this book that had to be found before the evil guys found it.
In some type of armour and weapons shop
Flashback type scence in the dream, a man named mercury left behind two swords to be used by the one who would get the book back.
Since I knew about mercury I took the swords, one went on my side, and the other was on my back.
I remember trying to take them out, and practiced using them.
Even in my dream I knew I wasn't very good with swords.
Once I left the store, I met up with a bunch of others who were looking for the book.
The leader of the group didn't want me there, but someof the others saw that I had the swords, and complained until he told me what they were looking for.
He showed me a picture of this book.
It was a blue fabric bound thin book with the title The Blue pages.
Now that I'm awake it's rather funny.
They were heading to a library in hope to find it in the archives.
As they headed out I decided to follow, I knew some of them didn't want me there, that I was just a stranger who happened to have these swords.
That I was a regular person and not hero-type at all.
As I was walking some distance behind them, I saw two people staring after the group.
They glowed with a sort of dark fire.
I drew the swords and attacked.
The weapons moved so fluidly in my hands, each swipe of the sword cut through them like they were made of paper.
I could suddenly move like a master at battle. I could flip and twist and turn. Each time I swung the blade another enemy went down.
Though I could not avoid everything.
There were two standing in the back, behind the other combantants. They threw dark energy at me, and I could feel the pain when it hit me.
But I didn't go down.
By then the others had come running and the battle ended quickly.
Once we entered the Library, which was a massive room filled with dusty books and men in monk robes, we started for the archives room.
It was so quiet, I could hear the whisper sounds of the monks robes on the stone floors when they walked.
Of to my side, I could see a flickering light coming from what looked to be a crack in the stone wall.
I quietly walked over and peered in.
I could see the room had about a dozen people, and this massive guy dressed like a refuge from a Mad Max movie.
He was talking about finding the book, and how they would control everything.
The others were close by, but not close enough, I decided I had to do something.
I jumped into the room, I remember hitting my hand an a brazier and the pain of the burning.
The battle was much like the first, with acrobatics normally impossible. How the blade sliced so neatly.
But the man escaped with the book.
I was wounded. I remember limping out or the Library into some type of subway station.
There were only four of us left.
I was too hurt to go on. I lay there holding my side.
Suddenly there were these two guys. They were sent to take the swords and stop me.
I tried so hard to fight, I swung my sword, but he used his club and knoced it out of my hand.
The other guy quickly grabbed it, and then I was facing two men. And I only had the one sword left.
I remember I did this wild flip and spin, decapitating one of the men, but the other one blocked my blade.
One of the swords shattered.
Then I woke up.

I'd like to see this one put into a movie...nice action.
As a dream it tells one how one is feeling and how one is doing etc. in the time before your dream by what I hear and I do believe it personally.

Was there a sequel? In that case would you need a "Dream Agent" if it were optioned?

Can you replay or re-run? And... Less importantly, can I have some popcorn?wine

Raven, that's fantastic. Seriously it is.
To begin with, well, I know I'll probably find out that "Everybody" has dreams that should be turned into movies, but I really thought that about mine.
And then I come across this blog of yours only two days after the most incredible movie-like-dream I've ever had...
Fact is stranger than fiction they say...
But, yeah it was 'cool' dream...not that 'coolness' matters, if at all...

I get from it, that maybe if all these theories are to be believed, that your unconscious might be trying to tell you that you're a LOT more capable than you think you are maybe??
I know that sounds ABSURDLY typical, cliché...
But it might be the simple answer being the right answer...

Maybe it's also trying to say, that you are actually in more of a plight lately than you imagine you are etc...worth thinking about maybe...

Also...very much...the dark ones you spoke of..."They glowed with a sort of dark fire" - that struck a resonant chord in my gut, the real inner gut, that I just don't believe is wrong about things...that actually sounded like a truth...and especially throwing you the "dark energy"...again...that all sounded 'right'...
When stuff like that just sounds 'right' to me...I've more than half a feeling it's because there's something inside which just 'knows' stuff, that us and our conscious minds, designed for this world with these rules, just can't comprehend.
In short...that sounds like it exists somewhere on some plane. And I don't give a crap about anybody dismissing any of this...because there is SOOO much we don't know about our existence.
Anyway...I think your dream is both telling you something, in an advisory way...and also, I think it actually contains something really, real, which has happened, or is happening, on some plane or level or whatever...who knows...

Thanks for sharing it anyway.
