Road rage

I have recently started driving again since I brought my new car in January. I have since rediscovered a tiny little thing called road rage.mumbling

I have to admit I have serious road rage. Don't let my appearance fool you, I can cuss like a pirate if I get really upset. I am not shy when it comes to using my horn. I keep wondering if some of these drivers brought their license instead of paying for them.frustrated

Thank God I only live 10 minutes from my office! Even though this is the case I go to the office early to avoid the traffic.
I tell my vice president when she asks why I arrive so early at the office that I worry that I would cuss out another driver for their driving then go to a meeting to a potential client and it is the same person I cussed out.sigh

So I will continue to avoid the early morning traffic and go to the office early.

Have a Terrific Tuesday and avoid the crazy drivers out there!

rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing so glad I am not the only one. I loved your blog as I can identify with that. My poor mother takes out her hearing aid when she has to go somewhere with me. rolling on the floor laughing
When I first came here it was rare to see a woman driving, traditionally men do that sort of thing here, but now they're all over the place, middle of the road, your side of the road, off the road ......laugh rolling on the floor laughing laugh
You have my full sympathies Bajanshay. sad flower

They can't drive on motorways here and I have to blast them out of the way from time to time. mumbling

I know people who wouldn't even contemplate driving in the capital (which is the only big city). wow doh I'll drive everywhere, it doesn't bother me. conversing

I'm a good driver.......unless I'm late, which happens ALL the time uh oh uh oh uh oh
In Nashville...everyone has to drive far to anyplace you go to....people here drive about 80 and tailgate you and drive across the yellow line and hardly ever signal...remember my blog about a year ago when I got in an accident from a tailgater???? Well, now I will hit my brakes once to warn tailgaters...I also flip people off and sometimes I just pullover...the death rate here is three times as high as Seattle!!! Small wonder with sooo many bad drivers here. One lady was so close to my car that I could not even see her in my rear view mirror!! I almost got out of my vehicle.....very mad very mad very mad
Hi Bajanshay, While we all lose patience with the bad drivers out there....I know i usually throw a withering a look in their direction or mouth an obsenity..
But im afraid those morons that stand on the horn for 5 minutes over the least little slip up really get me doh handshake
Shay
Drive carefully! girl....popcorn
Hi Ekself,
Hahaha...oh your poor mother rolling on the floor laughing I can agree. I just don't understand why people drive the way they do wine Here's to hoping we are not on the road when they drive.
Hmmm Zman,
Hahaha... I am sure it is not just the female drivers.rolling on the floor laughing
Hope all is well with you.hug wave
Hi KN,
Thank you. Much appreciated. I wish I had the courage to drive when I travel but the roads are so much bigger /wider than here and everyone always seems to be in a hurry.sigh I tip my hat off to you. wine Hope you are well!
Hi Dream,
Slow down and enjoy the scenery. I always remember a quote for driving..Arrive Alive! I always say I can apologize for being late but not if I am dead. Remember better late than never!
Take your time sweetie.hug wave
Hi Calli,
Yes it is frustrating isn't it! When I have a tailgater...I slow down and drive slower, once they get a chance they overtake. I refuse to allow them to try to force me to speed up. I do remember your blog...hope all is well with you. hug wave
Hi Raven,
I am not one to blast my horn for a minor infraction...those happen but for the ones who drive crazy I will use it.
Hope you are well!hug
Hi my angel,
I do..thanks why I avoid the traffic jams.
How are you...well I hope!teddybear
Shay.
I'm doing alright! Im Just a little hungry. hug
One of my jobs a few years ago involved 3 to 4 hour drives each way. It was a very good job, but really the loss of so much of every day (with no salary coming in for the hours behind the wheel while gas & toll many drained) eventually forced me to give it up. Truly the thing to do is just get out of the impatient driver's way (you may pass him/her wrecked or sitting in a ditch a few miles up the road, more than once I have) and sigh at the crazy ones who got their license mail order.
