these kind of music are very relaxing...bring back good memories
I remember the orange satin pants that were in at the time of the Bee Gee's hit song Staying Alive...had to have them so I could go to my school's disco night dance...non stop dancing to the Bee Gees...lol...satin...brings me back!!

Every time I felt tired, going to bed was the one I could think of.. And if I still couldn't sleep, I would take a thick book and tried to read. You see, I don't like reading thick book, makes me bored. So sometimes even just by looking at it, it made me sleepy.
Well, have a cup of tea and try to get to sleep ok! Disco will not do you any better.
