Sadly though I have often wondered if cyber bullies feel proud of themselves and their handy work
Yes sometimes kids can be very cruel and sometimes adults can be 'kids'.
Yes! Bullies Are Bullies. No matter what their age are. For me! I don't have that kind of time on my hands. And even if I did! It is not my style.
Feeling a little guilty are we
Young children can perhaps be excused for their actions to begin with as they may not be aware how hurtful or wrong it is, or a joke can go too far.
However, once its pointed out they have no excuses.
Adults have no excuses from the start.

There are plenty of worked based bullies in positions of power. Child labour isn't allowed here so that must make those at work adults
