how much is ten dollars worth?

monday at work is the typical monday,but i saw a home-care nurse with a patient.and she was helping her shop.then the woman said to her that she was sorry medicare could not cover the cost for her nurse aid,but i can give you ten dollars a week out of my check.then i taught,what would i do?would i be so content and giving as this woman was to her every need as she was.for ten dollars a week,would any of us be so giving to cater to another person in this way for ten dollars a week?all my life people say [you know a dollar doesn't go as far as it use to].with that in mind would we go the extra mile just for ten dollars a week?it is just a question,hello all my friends here on cs,and as always god bless us and heel our nation.dondonangel peace

I remember when i got the flesh eating disease. My wound was still open had to be dressed twice a day. My insurance did not cover a home visit from a nurse. These two nurses from my neighborhood, twins, took turns getting the job done for free. So yes there are people that will go the extra mile to help another person.

Good question dondon. In todays society it seems that you find less people who are willing to go out of their way to help others. However, I still believe in God, prayer and angels. I know he is watching over us and will take care of those who need care. Personally, I would and do care for many of the elderly here that have no one and I would not dream of taking their money. Yeah i agree with YURMA. Treat others as you would want to be treated. But why is it when you do that others seem to screw you over most everytime. Being in health care, your heart pours out for these people that have a hard time and are trying to get their health back. Props to that nurse!!!!

Msmissy,I dont understand why. most people base some
times about the out look of human,we are all the same
in the eye of (GOD)rich or poor..maybe heavenly father
is happy when we do the..LIVE FOR THE SAKE OF OTHER'S!!
it feel's good when we do or help even just a small value or amount
to those people who needs our help,,
