Before I retired I was both. I was the boss who led his employees and motivated them in order to bring out their best potential and to increase overall productivity.
I guided them and if they lacked the necessary motivation, I would find out what I needed to do to light a fire under their collective asses.

Yandis I am self employed and don't see myself as BOSS,rather as someone who has availability for someone else to assist me in growing my business and at the same time as them earning money to feed and educate their children to be able to find work once they have completed their education.In my various types of skills I enjoy parting with and sharing my knowledge with those less informed and make it a happy environment

I amnota leader or a boss. If I was any of that the one and only paid worker would be at work on time, not leave early in the afternoon and be at work more often.
