Cheese baked Fried rice

I just get tired of chinese dishes,so I steamed some deer meat, and put inside some herbs. Well, I used a pressure cooker, and I steamed rice inside also, which makes the lower layer and deer meat with soup on the upper layer. When I opened the pressure cooker, I found the deer meat soup sank to the rice. So I chopped some meat and some garlic, and spring oinion, and an egg. Then I stired fried the rice with all the spices in and the egg. The I put this fried rice in a baking utensil. And I added some cheese on top,baking 15minutes. The taste is great!

I don't think I look that strong to be able to kill a deer. I bought the meat from deer farm,now I can get the deer meat at about 5usd each pound. It is interesting to know the radiation detector thing. So it is a good angle not to trust when confronted with big interest to any organizations.

I stopped buying chicken nowadays,as they are too short time farmed, I worry about the antibiotics they bave been given to.

So that I begin to search for new meat. Deer meat is very healthy,although I don't eat a lot of meat. I do eat some meat.

It isn't legal to sell in many states and can in those states only be acquired legally here by hunting the animal with bow or firearm. There has been some experimentation with Antelope farming further West, but chronic wasting disease surfaced in the imprisoned herd and all had to be destroyed.

The last time I saw venison for sale it was 20 years ago and it was about $15 a pound then.

I bought 5kilos of venison from the farm each time. And I ordered one for my grandpa recently. Here the farm sells the same way as pork raw meat. But deer meat does have its smell, so at the beginning I don't like it much. But now I can accept to eat it.
It is very healthy and a beauty meat.

And some people can get jealous very easily. So long as it is under the reasonable level, we leave it. And this kind of narrow minded people, in daily life,they are also like that,so that it is difficult for them to be happy, and it is difficult for them to see other people happy.
