RE: My Pumpkin Pie blog

I baked two pumpkin pies yesterday morning, Thanksgiving Day! I want to thank everyone on here who gave me input on baking the pies! My family loved them!love They were very tasty especially with "cool whip" for the topping! I have some pie left over. Anyone want some?grin

jim I'm glad that the pies were a hit.

I've never liked pumpkin pie for some reason or another.

I baked a Dutch Apple Pie instead.

But again glad everyone enjoyed your pies.wave

Dear Jim, I think I'll take you up on that pumpkin pie ! I would however like to ask you to keep it in the refrigerator for a few days as I'm still stuffed from all the food yesterday . . . . cheers
