MORAL MIND

Whatever we do, it is done in obedience to a brain instruction. Our action may be influenced by strong emotion - of love, hate, concern or recklessness, or by an impulsion to get our own back, by relentlessly IMMORAL BEHAVIOUR, against a society which claims to be caring but takes no care of us.

In Sociology, you learn that society is not as a whole, but divided into sub societies. A poor societal structure can breed immoral behavior such as what is found in small groupings with gangs. Intervention is required to remove a child from such an environment in order for that child to have any opportunity at a future. The key though is to be able to remove that child at a young age before immoral behavior becomes a fabric of their being.

It does not require that scoiety as a whole intervene, but a person outside of the sub society to prevail in making a difference. professor
