Just Pure Evil!

i think it is Just Pure Evil to hunt and kill dear or moose or any other animal for the hell (GAME!) of it WTF? Just Pure Evil. I think fishing is evil to unless ur stranded and thats ur only food. even to catch and release is evil cuz it brings tha fish pain. all hunters should be shot thereselves i wanna go around tha world and shoot em with rubber bullets and make em think twice about it. and Lucky Rabits Foot? WTF? Just Pure Evil. wasn't so lucky for tha rabit huh? what gives these hunters tha right to kill GOD's beautiful creatures? Just Pure Evil. if it wasn't for free will. so many animals wouldn't be killed. and zoo's don't keep animals to be cruel to em or mean. they keep em to protect them from prditors if i had tha money i would donate lots of it to the zoo's around tha world cuz i love tha work they do they are hero's in my book. and if ur a hunter and ur reading this please please stop hunting keep the beautiful animals around for our children to see . but i guess i can't say much cuz i eat meat but if i could i would be a vegiterean. cuz meat is to fatning. Now! i think it is also Just Pure Evil for the men that rape people to kidnap and rape or murder lil kids WTF? is this world comeing to? it's Just Pure Evil!

Oh, where to start..... Many hunters practice CONSERVATION. Do you know what that is? It's the legal hunting with a special hunting tag to hunt one specific animal. Just one.So that the population does not become too large, because if it does, it's far worse than anything a hunter could do. The animals overpopulate, food becomes scare to non- existant and they starve, plus diseases will finish them off. It's very ugly. Hunting helps keep the population healthy and that's what you want so children can see the wild animals, right? I'm not a big proponent of hunting, but I do enjoy stalking (following), watching and recording their behavior to report to the DNR (Department of Natural Resources). Did you know that deer (venison) and bison meat is pure protein? Just ask Ted Nugent! grin

Zoos practice stringent breeding programs so that animals can be released back into the wild and to help educate people about them.

I can understand your frustration, but complaints do no good.Instead, be a conservationist. Set up a wildlife habitat where you live. Get friends involved to help you if you really want to make a difference.grin

As for rape, kidnap and murder, sadly those are a part of society's ills.

KUDOS!!!! to AnAngelAlways for knowing that hunters DO practice conservation.

To tonynnc35: Have you ever seen what a few head of dear can do to a young crop of corn or soybeans? I have. In one night a herd of deer can devour an acre of young crops.

Yes, I am a hunter. There have been plenty of times where I have went out in hopes of bagging a deer, but most of time I will sit down by a tree and watch. I know what the law in Mississippi states for "harvesting" a deer and I do abide by that.

What kind of person puts, and I'm just quoting "WTF" we all know what that means, that and God in the same topic. God put animals here for us to eat just as he put fruits and vegetables. You need to read your Bible. And thanks to the woman who stood up for hunters.

Thank you Gentlemen.angel

You see, I was raised on a ranch where my father and grandfather on occasion went hunting to add some variety to our diet. Deer, antelope, javelina and sometimes wild pig. They always only took one apiece and gave thanks to God for providing the animal for our meals. A prayer was always said over the animals' soul. We learned early on that these meats are pure protein that vegetation just does not provide for a complete balanced diet. Every bit of the animal was used. Sinew and tendons were used to repair rawhide reins and tack. Bones were made into necklaces to share with friends and family, sometimes they were turned into unique wind chimes. The innards were used for fertilizer in mom's garden. Horns and tusks became coat hooks or decorated a unique chair.

Extra food was always shared with neighbors and for the infirm.smile Hunters and ranchers are among the greatest of conservationists, so that many more generations may see the beautiful animals.angel

I hunt to suppliment my diet mostly rabbits and birds, i fish for sport, (catch and release) using barbless hooks with a diameter of less than .5mm, i know what it slike to have a hook of this size stuck in me cos i got one stuck in my finger last year, a doctors needle hurts an aweful lot more, calling hunting and fishing evil shows your narrow mindedness, i work to conserve fish stocks with my club. you say you eat meat, ever been to a slaughter house, or a cattle market, those animals suffer far more distress than any hunted animal shot with a bullet, cos they know whats coming. Also i resent being tarred with the same brush as paedeophiles, murderers and rapists, YOU ARE NARROW MINDED PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!
