need to get back to the gym
Starting work this week made me realize I need to get back to the gym! I spend the whole day on the computer at the office for work! Maybe get up early in the morning and go on weekends so I don't feel like a slob!

While you're young is a good time to get into that habit. I let it go for many years but now I'm back in the gym on a daily basis and enjoying the benefit. Go slow, go sane and go for TECHNIQUE. Do each exercise CORRECTLY and you'll get the most benefit, Let yourself find sanctuary in the gym and be jealous about that time; IT'S YOURS and you owe it only to YOURSELF. Congrats, at least you've made the first step, you're in the gym!! Enjoy it!!!

Getting a six-pack is 90% diet and 10% workout. The secret to getting a six-pack is avoiding those empty calories as much as much. To get a six-pack the first thing you have to do is diet, diet, and diet. All the working out in the world won't mean a thing if you're not eating right. I used to pretty damn close to a six-pack but I like coffee and beer way too much.
