Start with a lot of water ...????
Olive Oil, fresh fruit and Vegetables and Martini.
wave If you never want to have solid stools again have a daily
diet of Mexican food.rolling on the floor laughing

Although, Martini is a drink I have hardly ever drunk. .but maybe I should start...

For me, lots of fresh fruit and veg of different colours, organic where possible. Lots of pulses, and not too much red meat.
Oily fish at least a few times a week.
Turmeric, coconut oil and sunshine.
All washed down with a nice red wine.
