Have you tried counseling. It could help to open up any underlying reasons for the problem. Non communication is one of the biggest problems aside from any infidelity. This is not to say this has occurred.
Going elsewhere for the attention you desire would be the worst thing to do especially if you want to save the relationship.

Sandbox100 find out why she is withholding her affection, woman generally have a reason, she may have told you and you may not have been listening so she has given up... she obviously still wants to be with you because she is still there unless circumstances dont allow her to leave, so pay her a little more respect and love and take her out, spoil her and listen.. sometimes all women want is for their man to listen...
Good luck, I am sure this is not what you want to hear but if you want to save your marriage... then you gotta try something
