When a patient getting a heart attack, the heart would beat arrhythmia , weakness. Then they feel dizzy, drowsy. When starting to feel like that, it just 10 seconds before they will faint.

However, patients can help themselves by:
Immediately coughing hard, long and deep (like sputum from deep inside the chest)
Also, before and alternating every coughs, the patient needs one deep breath inhaled.
Every 2 s repeat the deep breathing and coughing as above, just stop until feeling the heart beat back to normal and people can help to.
Deep breathing helps more oxygen into your lungs and every cough normally long, strong, powerful worms help squeeze the heart makes the blood circulate.

I am happy you said, 'Good advice'. I would like to give people to know about information, but was a little confused because I have not any experiences about a heart attack.
