Yes, love is powerful

My thoughts of today: For my children: Karen, Krystynn, Camille and Sonny

when you are bled to death and the last drop of that blood seems to last forever, you then turn around and say: it isn't my time just yet, I still have a lot of mountains to climb
a bunch of beautiful flowers to witness to bloom
furious and perilous rivers to cross
wild and vast oceans to navigate
gales and winds to test your strength
but none so like that of raising children
who gave you great and lovely grand children
to run around with until you are all drained
of temporary but recurrent energy
to laugh and scream with joys until your belly explodes
to roll your eyes with when they ask you direct and very unadulterated questions
to lack the time to think knowingly so that you have lost the knack of strong and positive opinions
which was your forte of decades ago
and yes, you come to terms that with each day
you don't have to let anyone bleeds you because
life is: beautiful yet challenging
disappointing at times yet comforting
but most of all, nothing can equal your pride
of knowing that you have these creations
around you, with you and in front of you
saying in unison: Mom and Dad, thank you for
all the love you have given us, and now we give it to our children
hoping they would to their children and goes on and on
Forever.

And the good thing is: we can all do it, regardless of colors, beliefs and ways of life. Yes, we can all do it. with million more of years to come sustained by this old but only earth we know, we can all do it. Perhaps not of the same intensity but in our own individual ways, we can.

So let us love one another and stop calling on to bleed anyone for we are all children of this world, no more no less.

I love you all.

Note: my acknowledgement of the fact that life has to be sorted out not with violence but with an overwhelming effort to spread love even to those who seems cold about it.
