Hello Len,handshake I ve been getting into watching afew reality shows. Some of the shows regarding different professions, catch my attention. And there some shows that I m familiar with professions shown,confused The media sure trumps up situations for the public to boost thier ratings. As ratings go up, viewership goes up, higher advertising dollars..... Money, money money. Alot of shows have to be taken with a grain of salt. Bad news boosts ratings,doh

I also don't understand it. these people are free actors to a tv network while being supported by the state.
They should get a salary for their effort.

Most get paid, Len. They're not booked as actors, but they are offered money to play along when the cameras are there.

That's why people like to jump into shot when a reporter is doing an on-the-spot, to try to claim a fee afterwards. roll eyes
