I think being happy is just an illusion for us to live with the hurt we expirience daily for it does not take long for one to remain happy but it takes forever to heal

Diova i think we can only learn how to deal with the fact that we cant always be happy but try to cheer ourselves up and power up for the other day.

Dieci; i aknowledge that Mr thanx a lot. But i think thats brushing them problems away for a while but only if you will always stay Chemicaly off Ballance then you will forget them.

Peace, contentment and happiness come from within.

If you are unhappy, you can search for it, outside of yourself, but it will always be unfulfilling....eg material possessions, wealth, lovers.

Learn first to be happy with self.
