This part of my life I have been free to move anytime I feel like it. I would feel like a caged animal if I thought I could not move again.
Yes I've heard that we have freedoms in our country that not many have. But I always ask that very same question anyway.
I never thought of Jamaica being free. I suppose it is other than the corruption in government.
I hope you survived the Hurricane unscathed.
But then, it is a small country. I would guess that it takes a lot of incoming infrastructure to keep the balance.
I understand that your country has a major untapped oil reserves. It is a pity, that, may become obsolete in the near future.
I do love the freedoms here in the United States. I see it slipping every day now. I feel uncomfortable with that. But opportunity still exists here.
What is the employment rate there? How do people survive??
Nothing like being free you are not answerable to no one.
In my present situation I feel so caged and stifled.
When u was on my own I never use to go out but living with my sister for this shirt time somehow I feel Luke a caged animal even though I am not be n shackles.
No we are not totally Free just a level of freedom where we can breathe
The first question we should ask ourselves is what is freedom?
We are free to work in our country free to purchase some foods from our earnings free to breathe but is that's all that freedom is?
Free speech yes but not totally free in all areas.
That is an interesting mind thought of itself!
My freedom is everything.
Remain humble. Smile and remember God will not take you anywhere his grace cannot sustain you.

I was on a blog earlier that discussed government protocall. I was hoping more people joined in on it by now.
Let us try to find an acceptable definition of the word freedom.
Freedom of travel.
Freedom of speech.
Freedom to work.
That is a start.
Well said
What a mess your country was for awhile. From what I understand, it still is. Perhaps reversed. Thinking of the conservation of land act. I know that is not what it is called, but something on those lines.
I have never cared for proposing limitations on any level. Nor on any one.
I would love to travel and to interview many intellectuals. That would be interesting. I wish I could write it down in a logical form.
No matter how yard IR bad our situation is some people are having worse. And those comments were priceless and selfless.
A man said he wish that he had shoes another man stated that he wish he had feet .
Now who was in a better position ?
Now, that really opened my eyes.
I am a pretty rough man. But! that shook me.
Freedom of speech .
Freefom to work and financial benefits
In this world most benefits goes to the upper class communities.
As long as you ate qualified no opportunity should be limited to you.
So often I see that .
Especially where you are coming from .
I think your opportunity should be base on your qualification and not links.
That strange does he knows Afrikaans?
Unless the job calls for different languages English is the norm.
I am a really terrible speller. No joke.
But, that being stated. I know men, they are dyeing out yes, but still sign their name with an x. And, they are very successful. Financially speaking.
I would really like to see a real change in our worlds perception of the status Que.
Too many people at the top. I am not sure I can hold up their weight much longer. And the young people. How I pity them.
The mind set of people that follow dictates from the psychopaths in control. It just amazes me.
We're privileged to never know what true hunger is and it's from this position of privilege that we place so much importance on liberty. To know hunger would completely change what and who we are.
And we need limits on freedom which extend outside the law - there should be social pressure from the community to stay in-shape and work at relationships etc and a headmaster's duty should not include appointing an armed garrison to defend his school because it's your freedom to walk around armed to the teeth.
