i think one of the VOICE is something to be taken as important one, sometimes we understand that voice long after time has passed.

My apologies.....I should have elaborated on it...I've done customer service for a major insurance company in the US...therefore I have basic information on most of the conditions...
I really can't tell you about the voices I hear...lol
