I didn't watch the video, frankly because I couldn't be bothered laugh

But what annoys me about governments and banks is that the moment the banks are in trouble, the government steps in to help.

But when there is an issue with banks overcharging, for example exhorbitantly high mortgage rates, then the government says it can't interfere with the market,
