its really really sad losing someone u love....i also felt that way whenever i am losing my pet...u know the feeling that u loved,,,u cared,,,u used of being with them all their life's existence...but in a moment they will become sick and worse DEAD...but u know...whenever i feel such sadness..i pray to God...and He shows to me that every living thing must come here on earth but sooner must also go...its a realization that no one can stay so long in this world..and no other way to go but to die...but its how we live our life is important,, right????it's when u give other's happiness and love..like God loves us..so ur kitten must made u so happy..so he has accomplished his mission..he lived it with u...he lived it to the fullest..nothing has wasted...so be thankful that at least u had him in ur life...and made u happy...his life and existence is a blessing to you...Im with u my friend.....with deep sympathy chubbychick

i am sorry to hear that. i realize your feeling because i was subjected to the same.
but know, if your cat is male, and he was adult when he left you, then there is big chance to back again to you, he left just to have love with female cats, and after he finish, he will find that "Love" cant feed him. he will remember his friend who was feeding him, and he will return back unless if some body or some car hit him.

I'm sorry dewdrop2, but what is most important is that you and he shared love and that is something eternal. And nothing, not even death can ever take that love away. He will never forget you for the love you gave him and I'm sure he will reside in your heart and your memories for the rest of your life. And one day, you will be together again.
