Please, love..... please don't take it personally. I have been on this site for near on 3 years and not had much (suitable) interest, so....

There are many reasons for this which are too long-winded to go into now but, please be assured it is more down to the society we live in nowadays than it is you.... truly!!

I can, at some point, give you a more detailed reason as to why if you so wish, but for now.... trust me, things will come good!! Honestly!!

Give yourself some time and space, as in ..... "YOU" time, yeah? Women are naturally not very good at allowing time for themselves, particularly if they have/have had children. When you are feeling stronger and more confident you will be better placed to seek what, or who, you wish...... yeah? <---- for the beautiful lady!!

Thank you for your insight. I have been single for 2 years. Been taking time for myself quite a bit I might Add... I think the night I wrote this I was feeling pretty lonely. I didn't mean to sound like I don't take time for myself. I have hobbies and interests that normally keep me from feeling this way.

Honestly I started feeling this way when I started hanging out with my brother and his wife. The have been married for 5 years and they just seem so in love and so happy with there two beautiful girls.

Anyhow I am okay this evening... And I have my bottle of Merlot too wine

I am so freaking lonely and I have tons and friends and family. Its summer time and my boys are mostly with thier Dad and that don't help... But my goodness I haven't felt this lonely before.

And what sad I am not dating because I am about to go back to school on the 28th and can't have the distraction. Isn't that sad?

And OMG I have been stood up like 4 times in the last couple of months... And the worst of all my girlfriend (friend only people) stood me up this Saturday for girls night out....

OMG I can't even get myself back into my hobbies or anything I am just so sad...

dunno

Any idea's how to feel better about being single?

I believe Men and Women can be friends. I have a friend that is a male. We have been friends going on 2 years. And we talk about each others dates... we hang out ... and nothin happens... We were once attracted to each other... but when we found out our differences after a couple dates ... we decided to be friends... And its been like that forever it seems

Most recent act...went on a date with a tosser....went to a local Indian joint called India Today and just as the waiter sidled up to ask if we wanted dessert...I was over his rudeness so I flung off my panties under the table...slammed them onto his plate and as I stormed out told him that was the dessert he definitely was not getting...
applause

Not all men perfer women of there own age. I am always having to tell those guys I am not interested... Anyone a few years younger than me I tell them thanks but No thanks unless they have had kids and been through the marriage shit...

Can I correct something though... this is not to be rude... But I maybe wrong but, isn't Boy Toy ?

And the reasoning for my age this is... I dont' want any more damn Boy Toys... its to heart wrenching when you fall for them Fkrs LOL

Anyhow .... I think men that don't want to date women older then them it has to be a self image thing... Most younger guys like older women. Because we are more experienced in what there looking for lol

On the other hand Men that don't want an older woman may want to go for someone of his own age or younger because of where they are at in life ... don't you think? I mean common some of us older woman are Hot Babes compared to some of those younger Chicks :)

Anyhow thats my story and I am sticking to it ! here's to you

I loved watching it because it was someone elses drama not my own. And its a New York City Life. Being a Utah didn't seem anything like the life I lead... Don't care for the comment of saying its american way of living... Unless I read it wrong... Not all American Women are the way those women life... And yes Sara Jessica Parker's Face resembles a horse but, have you looked in the mirror lately? None of us is perfect! Damn reading this forum really just put me in a mood!frustrated

Unless you're in a healthy relationship, it would be rare if you didn't feel lonely.

Plus, I think you don't have to feel lonely being single either.

The thing is this: You only feel lonely, when you are not happy, no matter what relationship status you're in.
thumbs up
