you are supposed to pull into the middle of the intersection before turning left....so no wonder people are honking & giving you the 'finger'

and most people understand that when driving on a nonresidential street it is okay to go about 5 miles over the limit....if people honk it means you should pull to the right so they can pass you by.....

Not everything is black & white when it comes to rules....so yeah...lighten up

In response to:
What do u guys think, and have u had an experience like this?

Its hard to know what goes on in the minds of couples, especially when only one of them is posting.....however, with divorce rates as they are....and my observations of married couples, i wonder why so many people feel inclined to sign a Marriage Certificate.....i think most families are 'quietly dysfunctional'.....the public sees the persona....not what goes on behind closed doors.....not saying 'all' marriages don't work....only indicating that in reality few really 'do' work....i think many stay in bad marriages convincing themselves for whatever reasons that that is what they are supposed to do.....

so to answer your question, you just saved yourself years of unhappiness.....and that is worth sooo much more than splitting bills.....

Why do women get such a power trip out of controlling sex? Why can't they just be honest and have some fun like us guys?

'Control' implies a one-sided interaction....as if one has the steering wheel & the other is the tires.....ain't nobody gonna tread on me.....

of course my Ex used to try to drive from the 'back seat'....sigh

Luck has nothing to do with anything unless its the lottery or other gambling.....

But the Happiest people are those who have found contentment within themselves....So many are out there seeking, seeking, looking for something to grab onto....

If you want to find Paradise, look within yourself....It's already there....yay

I got this e-mail from a guy who is just passing through Edmonton in 4 days and wants to meet for coffee.

The thing is in his profile he wants a petite slim female, which I am not, so why is he e-mailing me as I do not meet any of the things he says he wants.

I have asked him this and have not heard back, but should I go and meet someone who I have had no communication with before this.

Simple answer...No....unless all you want is a one nite stand

Boz Scaggs....Harbor Lights

Through the neon doorways
Down the stony streets I fell
All hands high side, all eyes erect, I follow
Sailing shadows, reds and blues
Curtains drawn but I saw through
The window to your soul, and I found you

Whoa, the harbor lights of Venus
Shining through the breeze
That brings me back to you my love
To you my love, to you my love

Luther Vandross version of Love Won't Let Me Wait...Live Version

I need to have you next to me in more ways than one
And I refuse to leave till I see the mornin' sun

The time is right, you hold me tight
And love's got me high
Please tell me, 'Yes' and don't say, 'No'
Honey, not tonight

Indigo Girls....I Believe in Love

I want to say that underneath it all you are my friend
And the way that I fell for you I'll never fall that way again
I still believe despite our differences that what we have's enough
And I believe in you and I believe in love
