did you know that over here if you have workmen in your house and they are there for more than 2 hours they can ask request that you don't smoke!!!!!! and if you refuse to stop they have the right to walk out

on another note I know some one who was fined £75 for throwing a ciggerette end out of his car window

trish - I think first what a great post, secondly there is no way that teachers cause dyslexia, they are just not trained to understand it! from primary school they tend to think all children are the same, if they are out the bracket (special needs) they do not know how to cope with them, unfortunately this is often the case were they are labelled "Difficult" or daft or stupid,

It takes a brave parent to take on the education system as they get labelled a difficult parent,

I was once told that there was "worst kids than mine" I told her that I was sorry for the other kids but mine was the main interest in my eyes!!!!!

I think by telling your kids that they are loved and are "clever" in their own right makes all the difference to how they have an out look on life
