150 gallons of Canola Oil
25 boxes of corn meal
7 dozens of eggs
1 ten pound bag of flour
1 case of hot sauce
25 gal deep fryer with burner
5 gallon propane tank
4 bottles Cajun seasoning salt
2 bottles of Garlic powder
4 kegs of beer, make that 7 kegs
