3. Remove troops from the Middle East, Except for number 4.
4. Demand a 50 mile radious of Kuwait's richest oil field, make that the USA Territory, Like GITMO is in CUBA. Repayment long term price Kuwait should gladly offer the USA for Liberating their country. REMEMBER?
5. Now that we have Kuwaits rich oil field, we can cut all funding that has been supporting, Saudi Arabia, Unites Arab Emirates, Yamen, and Iran.
6. Put a good tarriff on imported liesure items.
7. Reduce all automobiles by 10% even semi trucks the only exception is compact cars.
8. Have a tax free shopping day, like the day after Thanksgiving in all 50 States.
