I checked out the thread started by Oldsarge. I believe I understand why the ladies do what they do and I do empathize with the ones that have been targeted by Gold diggers. I myself have been targeted by the same of the females. Probably why I'm so leary of a lady who desires twice her own income. My appologies to anyone who was offended by my question .However, thank you all for answering it for me.

True love to me is an intellectual , spiritual, emotional connection that sets your sites on one person with no regrets or empty feelings in your life.
I feel that when you are truely in Love , physical appearance means nothing. The true connection trancends the physical and that person is the sexiest , strongest ,most beautyfull , intellegent person on the planet in your eyes.
True love is something that is speacial and fullfilling long after the hormones and the lust has faded away.

First time on this site. I've tried others and have run into the same observation. Tell me if what I think I have seen is true or am I crazy?

Why on some ladies profiles , when their income is at a specific level do they put a much higher bottom line on their intended mate than what they make themselves?
It seems that I see this quite often . True for you or not ?
