Hi everybody and Oslo applause

I've just booked my bargain flights and my accomodation, so looks like Dublin will have to put up with me for yet another wk end....cheering

I'm looking to do something alternative this time cos think i've done most of the touristy things. So looked at a cookery school web site that was recomended on another thread, but they only have a vegetarian course on that wk end. So any ideas from anyone.....?????????????????

Looking forward to meeting all the old faces and new.

I spend most of my time on the International site just because it is busier, I wish this one had a bit more life in at times so the more the merrier.

I rarely watch TV these days, and I'm not going out socializing as much over the past year. I'm spending a heck of a lot of time on here though, time I thought I didn't have but do now.....

No pets here either, just my pesky kids every 2nd weekend...


Hi there. Know what you mean about the UK site but now even the Irish site is very slow, it's all changed, must be the credit crunch....might as well blame it, it's blamed for most things today....lol

Well i'm not a regular to posting or viewing the UK site but thought i'd give it another go. I'm normaly on the Irish site despite living in London.

I'm just chilling tonight, couple of glasses of red and a home made risotto, decided to treat myself, and know it might sound sad but watching strictly come dancing, a few nice bods on there and i'm talking about the guys.....but i don't own a cat, honest, so not totally sad (no offence to cat owners) sad flower

Hi there, great to meet up with you again too. Blimey, think you had shots in every colour of the rainbow....don't know how you did it...lol and lived to tell the tale. I stuck to the magners but still ended up in heap for most of Sunday.

I did venture down to Cobh though and then had to have a few more magners that evening...lol.

Hi all, sorry haven't caught up with you before but got home at midnight on monday and had to go into work today, but it wasn't a very productive day....hang overs last a lot longer when you're over 40...


I had a great time and loved Cork and sure i'll be back soon, so get organising gal. You Cork lot are a load of lovable nutters who know how to party. Thanks a bunch for a memorable visit.

Hi there, yep not been over to your parts for a while and Quelle Surprise i'm actualy not heading to Dublin...I can't believe it.

ladylumps: No need to apologise yeah there was one in Waterford 2 weeks ago and not even 1/4 of the people signed up and there was one in Cork during the summer and only the girl organising it turned up with her 2 daughters for some reason the country meets never have a great turn out yet there are a fair few people giving out that they're always in Dublin
There is one in Dublin this Saturday


Talking about Waterford - Wot's happened to the pics????????????
