It sounds like you need a support system that is at your level. To me, you seem like an extremely driven individual and carrying the weight of the world gets tiring. Some have mentioned the importance of having other things other than being 100% committed to work and sleep.
I'm only guessing as to what could solve your dilema...The only thing I can think of is my experiance with being a workaholic at one time in my life. Everything was pushed aside so that I could acheive "success". At that time success to me meant visability from work related achievements, financial gain, the way I dealt with pressure situations and the pressure to continue and do better at all of these all of the time.
I got an eye opening at a sales course in which the instructor asked many questions related to our personal life, not work performace. This was a 3 day course and 2 days had been based on personal issues. Funny how I couldn't contribute much as my life was based on work.
It's been a few years and the impact of the course remains imprinted in all things I do today. Some days are late work hrs and need the attention, but what I gained was the knowledge that I could create balance in my life. Life is not all work and means nothing if you can't enjoy friends, family, hobbies or whatever else turns your crank.
Whatever it is, hope you find that balance during your time off.
All the best!
