Hot_Single_Dude: It seems like a true victory for humanity and a great lost for forces of darkness and selfishness and greed in the United states of America happened after all!

As I told in here many times before... the very necassary health care reforms in benefit of all americans became reality and even the victory happened with few votes ... still the biggest and most important health care reforms in the last 40 years is a reality now and the president of the United States made a dream Reality for millions of americans!

There have been serious and very tough negotiations and real hard work behind the sceans and anti abortion groups have received good deals but the reforms are reality now and all americans soon will be able to have a health insurence and not being scared all the time of a serious illness in family will mean bank rupcy and death and being dammaged for life because of lack of money!

America as one of the most important and modern nations of the entire planet had a stupied and unfair helath care system which really took side with the rich and the strong and now this horrible fact will be history and the last modern western nation on Earth is becoming a more fair place to live for all americans.

I told you guys...

OBAMA ROCKS and by the way... YES WE CAN! Really fabulous to look at the angry red faces of the whole bunch of some ultra right winged repube heads while the reforms were accepted ... they beleived they would be able to stop the necessary progress and the rise of more fairness in America by talking Acorn and calling the president a muslim or questioning his birth certificate or calling him a lier in front of any body as only a true stupied Bully can and spreading BS and hatered all over the country and guess what?

One other true victory for the sake of humanity has just happened in America and better times are coming for sure.

I hope these real lousy loosers of the republican party can accept their defeat and stopping their Ever BS and playing a role in strengthening their own country instead of trying to destroy it by weakening the american president who have taken over in the time of real trouble and stopping their stupied and destruktiv taking side with the stupied taliban!

I second that!

We got health insurance here in Europe for many decades, and the benefit to all people is limitless.

Its just a matter on what you get covered. The basic medical healthcare of each citizen is covered. If you want better care, you get addition insurance. professor

Pain relief, dental care, preventive check ups are so important.

If we in Europe (the old continent) and other Nations, like Australia can afford to have medical health care for ALL, the "rich" America should be shames faced not to take care of their poor.

Its such a pity there are such a lot of ignorant, stupid, red necks naive throughout the States, enough to believe all the negative propaganda.

These are the first to be cry babies when they have an sore tooth and have to pay through the nose to get the inflamed root treated. doh

venere08: But isn't that often the way? So I am not overly surprised at the local aboriginal's reaction, because to them, it would be like asking an Italian what they thought of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, or gondolas, or maybe even the Colloseum .

Bloody oath, yea!

LuisPortal305: he is a menace to this nation and freedom, he is violating the first amendment by trying to silence fox. He is putting a czar incharge of the fcc who wants to charge conservative talk radio shows 100% tax of their cost, ex if it cost 100 dollars to run they get tax 100 dollars, he hasnt violated the second amendment but he will try. Republican senators and congressman cannot speak their mind without being sensored

You should NOT rubbish Obama,
after the last incompetent President
you foisted onto the world!

Any president is better.
And Obama has given your nation
back your dignity and reputation.

The mess you got
you earned through
bad choices of Presidents in the past. professor

venere08: Yes, it is a fair distance, but they stop at other places which are truly incredible spots, and the memory and feeling will stay with you. They just ooze sacredness. The Rock should never have been climbed though, and some still do, even though there are signs by the Aboriginal owners requesting people honor the sacredness of the Rock. The size of the place is something to behold. The entire trip from the Alice was special.

Well, I am glad I took the opportunity when I had it, and after when talking to some local Aboriginals, they asked how I liked it. I told them, magnificent ect... He said: "Well, I went up there, and quite honest, I dont know what the hoo har is all about, I coulndt see anything from up there, I hadnt known about before."dunno

venere08: Ah, train rides are fabulous! But when you board the 'Overland', which is the Melbourne-Adelaide train, forget ALLLLL you know about train travel in the EU. When you come close to Adelaide and start to go through the Hills, you can prolly walk faster than the train, in parts! Oh, and get a sleeper, though they do have the day train. I almost forgot. That way you will be able to see the countryside, and have a few stops along the way.

Right, great idea... but most of the trip would be in the dark, no? Venere?

What do they charge these days?

venere08: If you're going down the Sth East to Mt Gambier, you must visit the caves in Naracorte, with ancient stalagtites. I do have many fond memories of Mt Gambier, as I went there regularly for work. Walking around the entire Blue Lake is also a must. You do know it is still an active volcano, don't you?

Havent been to the Caves, are they worth seeing? Not dark and musty? Got any paintings?

The leg of mutton... sigh smile

venere08: From Adelaide, if at all possible, you could fly to Alice Springs and from there, join a bus tour to go to Uluru. Sunset over the Rock, while enjoying a champers BBQ, is one of the must do things before you die!

Its 500 clicks from Alice to Uluru... besides you cant climb it anymore, which is a drag.
