Perhaps slightly more positive than now, but that's only because he has the worst rating EVER of ANY president in history.

In my opinion he should be tried as a war criminal, who has mislead the congress and the American people with lies about weapons of mass destruction for the sake of the oil companies & Haliburton.

Here, here! The only way I can see Bush judged positively in the future would be if the future is highly dystopian.wink sad flower

Update: Dow is now down 10,000 points, worst in 4 years...

I have been telling people this was going to happen. No one wanted to listen. I still say, Prepare for the worst cos you ain't seen nothin yet!

The 700 billion gave tax breaks to Big Banking and purchased $800 toilet seats! What a waste!! It was a FACADE (a false face) and our STUPID representatives fell for it, hook, line and sinker... I imagine because the LOBYISTS padded their pockets pretty well, to do so!!!

Can anyone say, "We're F*cked!!!!!!!!"

Preferring less coarse expressions, I'd write:

"We're totally fuck*d!"

Talking about picking his toes and comparing it to reading tarot. I don't think anyone would dare make fun of xtian's spiritual views. So if he feels "apart" perhaps that is because he holds himself so.

Talk of picking toes, tarot, and xtian has me feeling rather apart as well, LA...confused dunno wow!

I tried that. But then I discovered, much to my chagrin, that God was in turn subcontracting out the mendings of my various broken dreams.

So I learned to go straight to the source: Bud Lite sacrifices to win the favor of (subcontractor) Dionysus.

You're welcome, A...and the inside counts much more than the outside to me, too. An intelligent person with the ability to make me laugh is much more important than what his face or body look like.

I do like to tease some of you faceless men about it though...I have a sarcastic sense of humor at times, never mean anything by it.

You should be careful of teasing we faceless guys, D. Remember what happened to that hapless Greek girl who wanted to see the full glory of Zeus?

They are among my least favorite statements in the profiles myself.

The best reply I've read to such nonsense was made sometime back by the "Other Jeffrey" - that wonderful lady from Greece:

"I come with baggage...overstuffed, busting at the seams, must pay extra to check it on the airplane kind of baggage. But I have schlepped it around and I take what I need from it when I need it, put it away when I don't need it, carry it without burdening others. It's my history...my life....my experiences. Some bad, but more good. I carry the bad with me so as to continue to learn and evolve and serve as a reminder of my own mistakes, not just those of others. And I carry the good because these are the things that have made me a better person, a stronger person, a happier person. Life is baggage...we all have it. It's just that we need to know how to carry it."

OK just to clear up on few things..

My IM is turned off which means no one can IM me, but I can view who sent me a request.

My photo rating is also off - it's because of lack of confidence

As for the Who's viewed me option - I have it off too and to all who don't know this, it means you don't get to see who has viewed you, and they don't get to see when you viewed them

I admire your courage (even if partly bred by lack of confidence). I could never go a day without someone viewing me or rating my photo. The approval of others here is far too important to me.blushing sad flower

Just a couple of logical notes - both addressed to non-believers (logic being generally a waste for believers).

First, "atheism" is not "lack of belief." If that were true, your dog would be an atheist. The logically correct definition is: "The philosophical conviction that there are no supernatural beings."

Second, of course a negative can be proved! E.g.. there are no aardvarks in my room (a simple search will prove that). That's one of those cliches - much like the falsely worded "exception that proves the rule" (exactly the opposite was actually said) - that continue to circulate unthinkingly.
