You didn't specify whether this about a romantic relationship or friendship or just first impression - but I'm guessing it would be romantic relationship.

Any of those things would kill a romantic relationship for me, so which is the "biggest" is irrelevant.

For friendship, all having to do with personality would be the biggest turn-off.
