Why the bashing, on this young gentleman? I see everyone, is speaking up with their own opinions. The thread that leatherman66 started, has evidently hit some soft spots. This is good!
Now you have been able to speak how you feel. No harm in that!

Throwing digs, at the man's dogs name, to make your point, has done what.

This man has given his testimony, and other views. You can read them, identify with it, or not.
The threads are for anyone to create. You can choose to reply, or not.
That's what forums are for,(discussions).

The gentleman, who made his statement about not wanting anyone, to pray for him. This too, is your statement. You haven't pissed, anyone off. These are just your beliefs. Maybe, there are others, who have the same thoughts, as you.
Everyone has a choice, to do whatever, they have chosen to do. God, does not want anyone, to be pushed in to acknowledging him. He already is the great I Am. He don't need any of us, we need him.
He put his words, in context, and here we go. It's your choice, whether you want to read, or not to read. That is your question.
Then if you believe, that someday you will meet him, and more likely on judgement day, then you will have to answer to your choices, and comments.

So, I can't judge anyone, until I have walked in their shoes, but most of the world is opinionated. There is always a rebuttal, in whatever. It's still your choice again, to try to sell, whatever your opinion is.

Well, it's nice to be able to give my opinion, and it don't matter if you agree, or disagree. I can say what I want, in good taste.

Hi Nomindgames Yes most certainly, my prayers go out to your ex, his father, and the rest of the family. Prayer changes things, as we know. We have a Father who is so good, and loves all his children..So, I will thank him right now, for your ex-father-in-laws speedy recovery. We must call those things, as tho they were, believing that his surgery, and recovery is already done. We must also believe, that God's will, will be done in your father in laws life. I know someone who had a by-pass, and I was there, after he came out of recovery. It's a scarey site. God, worked it out for his good, just as he will your father-in-law.

I just want to say to nomindgames, that you did a good job, so don't feel bad. You did the best you could do, to get the Ohio folks together. We got at least a yes from that nice gentleman, so far. Yes, Ohio is a nice state to live in people are very friendly.
Our state, right now is not looking into the come together like setting.
It seems, that we hold the if-iessss, for this season. I know some people want to, but just can't afford it, right now. I'm not making excuses for anyone, but alot of people are single, trying to stay afloat. So, nomindgames, and I understand. We don't want anyone to feel bad, about why they couldn't, or wouldn't participate in the get-together. That's what we want to give everyone on the connecting singles of Ohio. Huggggs! Okay, To help nomindgame out, she needs to know 4real, just how many of us are going to participate. I'm reading alot of people want to do this. She is wanting a response of the Cleveland city, or the subarb setting. If there are other ideas, she still is open to your suggestions.
We must not take too long. It seems like everyone is okay with Cleveland.
Nomindgames just wants us all, to get together, meet, and have a good time.

Hi Nomindgames, Sorry about not representing lately. Ohio is a pretty nice state, with alot of nice people. I am all for the get together. I'll come to Cleve, no problem, if that's where everyone wants to meet. I hope we have one before the snow comes. I think anywhere in Ohio is a winner. My energy has got up and left. I think a good would be good for us Ohio Buckeyes. Just and getting to know one another is good. You are so right in your comments. I fourth that motion. The eyes have it. Does anyone else want to say, an Amen to this special up-front young man. Keep that additude, we need more men to have your point, of view. You weren't born in the wrong generation. You are a nice young man, who's going to maybe, make people, just stop, and think again, about real love.

I think you should stay in the race, don't give up. My friend, says age is only just a number. I have been through a divorce, and that has not stopped me from wanting to date, or wanting to get married again someday. Yes, you are right about the male gold diggers, and the ones where looks, play the main role. If you believe in yourself, and love you, you will shine, and some male out there will, see your glow, and fall in love with the special person that you are. First of all, Ally 55 I want to greet you with a Girl, you've only just begun. There are some nice guys, that come on this site. I'm pretty sure, they get the same treatment as some of us. Alot of site see'ers. It's really first about the picture. Some men don't care about the age, or your profile. They may read it, and get stone amnesia, in the first email. Your right, married men should not even be signed up. These must be the ones, who are just thinking about divorce, or I'll keep my wife, and try to be a player, in singles sites. Sorry, I'm not a player hater. I don't hate the player, I just hate the game.
Sometimes, I think that posting a picture, is not always a good idea. By not posting it, the person will find out more about the character, of the person, not be attracted to the picture first. Could you imaging a singles site, with no pictures allowed. For the real people out there it would be okay, but for the ones who judge on physical attraction first, we probably would be on the facial expressions. I found a love connection on our site, without the picture first, he saw mine first. That was OK. I got to know him without the picture, and when I did see his picture, he was just as handsome, as I thought. (at least to me) I did not base my friendship, on a face. You can be fine, as wine, but have a personality that sucks. I was very surprised to see women, on the men's sites, looking for a female partner. And!!!!!! So, I can say that connecting singles does not discriminate, against anyone, and gives everyone a chance, regardless of your preferences.

Hey Buckeyes! How's the weather treating everyone. It's been really nice the last few days. Nomindgames, is really wondering where everyone is, I think enjoying the out doors. While we were snowed in, or just too cold to go out, this is the ideal place to hang out, at times. All of us just need to hang on to this forum, and if not, we have not. I understand right now with the summer weather and all, that the threads are not all that, for people, and maybe it is for others. I can't speak for everyone. I am the one who started this thread. I never thought, I would be the one with a saddened heart, again. On how I feel, not so good, but it will get better. A broken heart is like a dog bite. The pain will go away, but the scar last forever. A broken heart, is like a broken mirror, it's better to leave it as it is "Or hurt yourself trying to put the dang thing back together.
When you love someone, put their name in a circle, not your heart, because a heart can break, but the circle goes on forever. So now my heart, is now without a home. It's all good. I'm still getting lifes lesson's everyday.

Well I don't know. Tell us what kinda problems are you having, regarding military men, and what perticular branch are you talking about. Are you sporting your military suit alot. Is it additude? Why do you think women are not attracted to military men? I always heard that military men always get the women. I have a daughter, and son, who used to be in the military, and they had no problems.
