ttom500: Anjel, after it was disclose here in the US. that Obama had live there, a news crew was sent to the city where he lived. They sourced where he gone to school, they interviewed the headmaster of the school. I caught thier presentation of the interview on TV.

The Headmaster was Islamic, the sign over the school was in Arabic,
the headmaster remembered Barak attending there. He said the school had a Islamic group in management since day one. The city was predominately Islamic. Now I don't know where your definition of Islamic begins and ends. But somehow I feel I am giving you a honest and accurate discription by using the term "Islamic School".

And then u could even provide facts on where exactly his parents are born, all this info is available online.

Regarding Obama, I think his diversity is awesome. And you made a great point, his time in In Indonesia was in his youth, however, if it was yesterday it wouldnt change my vote for him. Something else you mentioned, "But it was still run by a Islamic group and still is today a 'Islamic School'.
For sure it was not like Catholic or Public school of the US." , because you havent provided any of your sources on this matter, I will take it that you are referring to the schools Barack Obama attended in Indonesia which were "Muslim" primarily in the sense that the preponderance of its student body was Muslim (because Indonesia is a predominantly Muslim country as u mentioned). Something you forgot to mention was that he also attended Catholic schools in Indonesia as well. So perhaps he spoke the catholic language and ate the catholics foods as well...? Although, I do agree, that muslims that I know, and some that I am friends with have a very strict diet....I call it healthy, even though, I prefer the foods that are considered unhealthy.

It is igorance to use religion to try to scare people into voting his way against imigration or to be prejucdice of allowing any race into this country. why single out muslims? I've seen these quotes before. I'm not familiar with the accuracy of all but I can say that some are taken out of context. The last one is totally false and I've put the right passage up. People should take a look at them and compare them to the actual book(s) they are quoted from and make up their own minds.

To me Obama is not the person we need and he's as shady as the rest. But fair is fair and I would like to not vote for him for something he actually did, didn't do, said, wrote or was involved with as opposed to voting on inaccurate information.

Still, even if some of the things listed above are true, it does bring more doubt as to his credibility.

food of the locals, likely learn basic langauge of the locals as well.
