Indyfella: 1) Initially I thought Obama was "ok".....but like the other politicians in the race, he's hurting himself the more he talks. The best thing all of them could do would be to shut the hell up.
2)I'm sure it wasn't the smartest comment McCain ever made. I don't think it was a broad sweeping statement directed to a class of people. But, uncalled for~~~
Good question btw
Thank you,
Many of my friends don't agree with me, for a comment that I am going to make right now...
There are many people who would argue the same fact "McCain is too old to be president, that one student, would represent all those people who want to as the question directly to Mr. McCain, "arent you too old to be in the white house?" And Mr. McCain would answer "thanks for the question you little jerk"....
I honestly agree with Mr. McCain, so what about his age, my grandmother lived through her early 100s.
That question was a waste of time, and that kid was being a little jerk. And thats what McCain thought, and that is what came out of his mouth. (I work for the Washington Post, so understand, I know about most of these things before they reach the net), McCain has yet to appologize for his words for the sake of his rep. Obama stated that some people are bitter, can you honestly, Indy, tell me you have never encountered one bitter person? I am from Chicago, Indiana is a snap of a fingure away, I know that there are bitter people there and everywhere. If there wasnt, we wouldnt need the news.
People are upset (bitter) and want to see results soon. I had a friend and a brother die in war, do you think some people in my family is not bitter? I think it is silly for this to even be an arguement. It is what it is. Do you really not see my point? Rather you vote for Obama or not, we should call it like we see it. Do you really think no one on earth is bitter?
