BarrenPneuma: If Hamas did not have such a volatile presence in Gaza then likely the repercussions from their attacks would fall elsewhere. It is sad for the true innocents but no less sad than it is for the local Israelis who must face this every day for the past 60 years.
When you continuously poke a bear is it any wonder really when it turns and bites your hand off?

Very well said!! Could'nt answer better myself.
The Hamas are bringing misery on their people, and before they are eliminated, there will be no peace.

Israel has to live a state of war. They are the ones who are suffering. Who pokes the bear does not expect the bear to aplogise, and move away!!

Mirodenia: Look, my boxers are made of COTTON, no satin, this is your fantasy.
The cucumber is dry, he died last night because of intense high usage.

Rest his soul in peace.
Together with your scrambled eggs.

Wide loose boxers yeh? Although my preference is for something less volumetric, like tanga, those wide boxers are a wonderful help. They don't need to be taken off for the action to start!!

You have set my imagination on fire Miro! A hand can always replace the dead cucumber.

Channelwrongside: French Letters is English, it's colloquial French equivalent is
"Capote Anglaise" or English Raincoat.

I have never heard of English Letters, Lettre Anglaise......
...in colloquial French...... but I may be wrong....
There can be locals dialects referring to Lettre anglaise, but do not ask me where and why...
Ya see, I am a northern Frenchman, I have lived in Paris for many years..... if it is a southern expression, I might not know about it.
IMHO

It seems that we have jumped from French Kisses to French Letters, without giving a chance to Miro to expand on the practical side of the subject.
Honestly guys, do you think that French Kisses could be put to good use on a first date, or do they scare women away.
I am refraining from giving any details of my personal experiences at this point.

Mirodenia: And teeth licking...

Uah...

To kiss properly you must be an artist of kissing.
Ehehehe, there are great kissers - very few and lousy ones - the rest...

OK Miro, so it seems that most of us men need to be taught how to French Kiss properly. Would you be so kind as to teach us?
Luckily most of us have got accustomed to French Letters, notwithstanding the language barrier!!

Presuming that we all know what French Kissing is, do you consider this to be a clear sign of wanting to go into a deeper intimacy in the beginning of a new relationship?
Is it the first thing you would do with a new date?

ModestlyAwesome: Just depends on the woman I'm with. I can usually do some great things with my hands and I've never had a woman complain about that. On the other hand I've had women who actually hate men going down on them and while I do know what I'm doing down there, I actually don't like it much myself (As I stated before, my hands work better lol) so it's an either thing.

On the other hand receiving it can be worse than not getting it at all if she doesn't know what she's doing. Maybe I'm different than other men that most of my past girlfriends have been with but it takes more than just the same thing over and over for me to really enjoy it. Weird consider it's the same for most women but a lot of them don't seem to think it's the same for me.

Oh and I swear by condoms and so do most of my ex's. I made it very clear early on that if there was no condom there'd be no sex. I have no desire for a possible STD or to be a father (anytime soon anyways).

Wise words regarding the use of condoms, but my experience in life tells me that I have missed so much out of life because of an ever present element FEAR, that today I am less cautious and more venturous, but I don't have the time to recover what I lost.
So I exercise care, but when I want something reall bad, I go for it, and I want to leave my mark too. Regarding the STD, I am with you on that, but if anything else had to happen, then I am prepared to accept it.

Mirodenia: What do you think? It is ok to fart or not at the first date?

I would never fart on my first date and probably for a long time after that too, but I would love to hear my date fart especially if she was young and beautiful, and the louder the fart, the more excitement I would derive.

In response to: Sex is great, just who can argue against that and Oral Sex...WOW!

I am interested to know about:

1. Your Preferences? - likes dislikess and oral etc.

2. Your Safety? - If we use condoms for protection then how do we
treat Oral Sex and do we use any protection?

Ever since I was a teenager I had the impression that oral sex was the highest pleasure one could achieve from sex, whether it was lust sex or love sex, and I am still inclined to think so.

Unlike what was then considered to be the rule of thumb, which is that the older we get, the more we prefer oral sex, I have recently come across women in their late 40s and 50s, who just cannot be satisfied with oral sex, and demand penetrative sex as the only way to climax nicely and visibly.
I have also come across a number of women who must have been accustomed to very little or no foreplay, because they demand almost instant penetration and " some savage sex please!"

Any comments from similar experiences??

smoky: The only problem with getting married/divorced is that then everyone is able to keep count of ones relationships. Single people who shag a different person each month/week/day ..... are they "normal"?

So ... I`d venture to say that the ones who make a commitment are at least trying to form a long lasting relationship? So if things go wrong, and they dont have the stamina or sense to sort out their differences and reconcile themselves to the fact they are two individuals in a single relationship .... is there a need to condemn them?..... as being "not normal"?

Does one need to get married to have a loving relationship with a woman?
Marriage is a legal framework that devides not unites people. It is there so that the partners can claim from each other whatever legal rights the law gives them. The pressure on the couple, when married, is enough to burst it.
Real love without marriage lasts longer because the bond is held by love. It is a rose without the thorn of the legal complications

When I was a young boy, it was a time of great expectations; costly toys from my uncles and aunts, and cousins. Banquets with all sorts of family cooked dishes, many turkey based, family reunions, and that unique Christmas spirit that came just once a year...the house decorated with thistle, Christmas trees, flickering lights, and that warmth that came with this season of great expectations and cold weather. We kids were also expecting the results of our first trimester at school, and if we did well, it was one more cause for celebration, and another candidate for some more toys.

Today, Christmas means very little. The family is apart. Consumerism has led me to believe that Christmas comes for the shopkeepers to rejoice at the useless amounts of money that are spent on gifts that people buy to conform with customs. Very often these are given just to do like everybody else. They are not given out of love, but out of that obligation that people feel they have to keep a tradition.

As to what to pray for, for getting as a gift for Christmas, I have stopped praying for that too, because if I have prayed in vain for the last 63 years, I don't think that my prayers will be heard after 64 years!

Well folks, you asked the question, I gave you my answer!

MARTI: I consider this day a relaxing one for me..

Sunday was once a day of total rest. No driving around, no going from place to place, no hobbies, just eating, relaxing, watching TV or some video, eat some more, maybe a short stroll, and back to bed.
That was in sharp contrast to the weekly programme, which would see me driving around quite a bit, stealing a sandwich for a mid day lunch without a proper break, and work till late, including work sitting behind the computer to send out quotations and enquiries to various firms.

Now that has all changed. During the week, I am working less. But the biggest difference in my lifestyle including Sunday programme, was brought about by my companion, who works all day almost 8 till 8, and who looks forward to enjoying our Sundays outdoors.
Typically we wake up late on a Sunday morning 11 ish or 12 ish, shower, dress up for a Sunday drive, Sunday lunch at some restaurant worth its salt, tasting innumerable dishes offered at the buffet, (up to 26 different plates) then back to the second drive, stop by the sea, in car or in some seaside resort, have a few cokes or coke and coffee, stay there till it gets dark, go to her place this time, watch a DVD or some TV, and prepare to go to bed by 11pm for the Monday hassle!

smoky: Each pet is special, I think? They all have different traits, and levels of intelligence, just like humans!

I once had a beautiful Tortoishell female. Found her abandoned in a hollow tree trunk next to a busy highway - 2 of them - my friend took the other.

She grew up moving around with me. Got used to travelling by Taxi, living in hotels and walking on a leash (for her own security in the city).

When I had a 1st floor apartment, she`d often bring me a piece of nice tenderised steak and leave it on the kitchen counter - presumably in exchange for the fresh fish I brought home for her after work? I worked out that she filched the steaks from neighboring apartments, via their windows!!!

She answered to her name ... not the "kiiitsy kiiitsy" sound.

She got tired, I think, of having to wait for her sandbox to be refreshed - so began to perch on the edge of the toilet - and saved me the sandbox routine!

When I arrived home from a date, she`d jump in the car window to greet me - How she figured out Which car I was in?...in a city block?

I should have taken note of her reaction to the guy I married when he first arrived to visit ... She attacked his legs as he walked down the passage, and never lseemed to like him. After we married, she`d hide on top of the wardrobe and wait till he was asleep and then dive-bomb onto his stomach and then run like hell!

Driving long distances she`d hang around my neck like a fur-muff, stayed happily in the car on stopovers, refused to eat or drink anything until we reached our destination, and an available toilet!

Thats my Ode to "Smoggy" - my Best Cat Ever!

What a beautiful Ode to what must have been a very beautiful and special cat! Thanks for sharing it with us Smoky

ghost007: OK I know this is going to sound crazy but I have two cats...its a recent experience having cats....and really they are my daughters....anyway I digress.....but these two cats seem to understand English..not just the sound of your voice or the emotion behind your words but the actual words..for instance if my daughter tells one of the cats that she is getting fat....she actually looks offended and jumps off the bed and goes and sulks.....anyway i tried to google ..cat understanding but found nothing on their knowledge of language....i know that apes can learn sign language i wondered if anyone here knew anything about cat understanding or whether its just me going bananas

I've never had dogs, so I will leave those of you who have had dogs to comment about them, but I have had a good number of cats. Not only do I think that cats are very clever, and that they understand everything around them, they are easy animals to comunicate with. They establish eye contact, and they have some of the most beautiful eyes in the world!
Many years ago, I had a cat, and she must have been the cleverest cat I have ever had. We used to keep her inside with us for most of the day, but she used to sleep in the garden shed. As soon as my wife told me it was time to put the cat out, she would disappear. It was very easy to forget her indoors, because being out of sight, she was easy to forget and leave indoors. She also had extreme discipline with her kittens. At her call, all her kittens had to walk in single file from the eating trays to the sleeping bay. When they refused, she used to pick up a piece of paper in her mouth, giving them the impression that it was food, and using a special cry, used to make them follow her, wherever she went (single file of course)
This cat (male) I have now, will not go out into the garden shed unless I looked into his eyes, told him to take care, and to be careful, and hug and kiss him. Then he would go out without trouble.
My little white cat is the perfect example of obedience if I tell her that she is the most beautiful girl in the world. If I as much as raise my voice, she will start to tease me, and do everything the opposite of what I tell her.
I don't know about others, but I comunicate better with animals than with human beings, and am very proud of it.
