As I said before I grew up Mormon. Do not believe in it. Yes women are subserviant to man the way that they believe-women can not hold the priesthood-can not be a bishop in the church-can not give a healing prayer (or what ever it is called you have to be an elder in the church to do that). Men run the church PERIOD And women have no say what so ever in the way that the church is run.
If you take a look at all the major churches in the world they all are run by MEN. WHY? Who the hell knows. Not me thats for sure. There are a lot of women out there that could and would do a better job of it than some of the men.
Just where did the bible come from did it just one day pop up some where and some one tell us that this is what we are to believe in as the word of god? Some one had to write the very first bible. To my knowledge I have never been told who that might have been.

I was born into the mormon church and raised as a mormon. All of my relatives on my mothers side are mormon. Basically the book of mormon is a history of the people that lived on the North american continent. I have not had anything to do with the mormon church in about forty years . Most of my problems with the church is the way that they want to take controll of your life and the way you live you it. If you do something that they do not aggree with then you have to go before a bishops court and threatened with excommunication, so on and so forth. I could go on and on about it but I do not have all day

For the person above me that says it is all fiction He is wrong they have used the book of mormon to find lost civilizations by following some of the things written in the book of mormon.

When I was younger I thought that I had to earn a lot of money. And I did. I was never at home to watch my 4 oldest kids grow up, and before I knew what was going on they were grown and gone.
When my youngest daughter was 4 I sat in the living room and was watching her play. I thought damn she is growing so fast and I am missing it again. Went to work that night and put the bar up for sale,got it sold and took a job that would let me attend all of her activities at school and just be there for her. She will be21 this Dec 31st and I am so much closer to her than I am to my older kids.
The money is nice, But if it takes you away from home so much that you miss out with your kids It is not worth it.

I live in a small county here in Missouri. Monday night and tuesday we had an ice storm 1/2 inch of ice power lines down all over the place 100% power outage. some got their power back on in around 8 hours 10%. Trees that are very old look like tooth picks from the weight of the ice breaking the limbs off.
Then friday night and saturday morning 6-8 inches of snow. So you have ice then snow If anyone wants it you are more than welcome to come and get all that you want no one around here will mind if you take it all.
The power is about 50% restored some of the familys (depending how far out in the country you live) will not have power for another week to 10 days.

I have a lady that works for me she is divorced 2 teenage kids, no child support. When she came to work for me she was on welfare getting food stamps medicade. Her meds alone cost just under $500.00 a month. (starting salary minimum wage)-And her daughters meds are about half that a month. She also is living in Goverment housing, They raised her rent up $150.00 per month cut out her meds took away the food stamps. She came to me and said that she was going to have to quit because she could not afford to work.
Here is some one that is trying to get ahead in life and get off of the system and not depend on the government but before she can even get a foot on the ground they cut her off at the knees. So I cut her back to 3 days a week and now she qualifies for help.
Go figure
They tell you to go to work and when you do they make it so hard on a person that you have to quit so that you can get the help that you need.

Contact your state labor board they are listed under state government in the phone book. File your complaint with them. Keep a journal of what is said- time, date,and word for word if possible. And like some one said before me record it
I am in need of a full time desk clerk.

p.s. If you file a compaint you cannot be fired or your hours cut until a settlement is made.

Years ago I Walked out of a store and a man and woman were having an argument about the time I walked past them he took a swing at her. I told him to knock it off, he politely told me to go f-------k myself I started to walk on by and the wife hit me in the head with her bag the husband then took a swing at me. by this time other people were there and they broke it up. I always said that I was that I was going to quit when smokes went to 50 cents a pack but I never did. A carton of winstons is $26.61 with tax . Have tried everything out there that there is to quit, none have worked. Just bought this new pill Chantix that a lot of people that I have met that tried it and it seems to work have worked for them. Start them in the morning We shall see!

Sorry but I have to agree with the lady on all STATEMENTS made. I have made the same suggestion about everyone not buying gas just one day a week for a long time. If just 100 of us did not buy gas on a specific day of the week and each one of could talk just 10 friends into it each week , it would take a while but I believe it would work.

I worked at the Burbank airport in Los Angeles for 12 yrs and I met a lot of famous people. Most were very nice very out going and friendly. But there were some that were on a very high ego trip.
Robert Blake was one of those, and Telly Savalas was another. Kenny Rogers,Loretta Lynn Tennessee Ernie Ford (long gone) were some of the nicest people that you would ever want to meet.
Also met a whole lot of people that you see in movies and TV over and over again in small parts but never know their names. When you would see those people it would like Hey I just saw them last night on the tv but don't know their name

I have owned a lot of nice cars. But the one I think I liked the best was 72 corvette nothing special about it just a 350 with an auto tranny but it was a pleasure to drive at 105 or 110 mph. Now own a 2007 nissan altima with a 3.5. My neighbor who is into fast cars is not speaking to me at this time has 69 camero with a big block and all the goodies that you can put on it and the nissan just walked away from him
